This portal offers easy to understand information regarding how your land is advancing through the civil works and registration phase. Check up on the progress of your stage for each release, and find out when your land will be ready.

WHAT IS AN OWNERS CORPORATION?

To put it simply, the Jubilee Homeowners Association is a governing body that helps maintain a high standard of living in the overall estate. It carries out many functions to ensure the Jubilee estate is a place that you can be proud to live in, including:

  • Maintenance of common grounds, including watering of all vegetation, plants and trees, and maintenance and management of the Club Jubilee recreation facilities
  • Presenting a body for the community to contact for estate-related items
  • Providing a secure element to daily activities within the estate
  • Building the community through events and initiatives
