Every lot of land in the Jubilee estate is subject to Owners Corporation membership fees. Every member of the Owners Corporation will have access to and be entitled to use the recreational facilities which include an indoor pool and water slides. The recreational facilities are solely for use by residents of the Jubilee estate who are members of the Owners Corporation. Terms and conditions of access to the recreational facilities will be on terms and conditions similar to the proposed Owners Corporation Rules, a copy of which is attached to your individual contract of sale of land. The recreational facilities will be built as part of the development but may not be completed at settlement of your land.
